Exploring Faith and Jesus Christ

So who is Jesus?
Was he more than a man?
How can I be sure of my faith?
Who is the Holy Spirit?
What is the meaning of life?

C.S. Lewis wrote, “A man who was merely a man and said the sort of things Jesus said would not be a great moral teacher. He’d either be insane or else he’d be the ‘devil of hell’. You must make your choice. Either Jesus was and is the Son of God or else he was insane or evil, but let us not come up with any patronizing nonsense about his being a great human teacher. He has not left that open to us. He did not intend to.”

Hundreds of people have enjoyed and been helped by the exploring faith course called Alpha that we hold on our campus. Normally it is held on Wednesday evenings with good food and friendly, safe table hosts. Various faith topics are addressed and in a totally safe atmosphere every question is genuinely received. You can be who you are as you listen or ask questions about faith and Jesus Christ.

The Alpha Course is an introduction to what Christianity teaches, and it is an excellent course to find faith or refresh the faith that you have.
